שלום לכם, וברוכים הבאים לבלוג החדש שלנו !

פתחנו את הבלוג מתוך רצון לשתף עם העולם את ההשראות, העבודות והאהבה שלנו לאמנות המוזאיקה.

לפני שנתחיל- קצת אודותינו: מי אנחנו, מה אנחנו עושים, ומה זה בכלל מוזאיקה??

מאז 1959 שנה אנחנו באילון מוזאיקה מייצרים עבודות פסיפס אומנותי מרהיבות ואיכותיות, בעבודת יד ע"י קבוצת אומניות מיוחדות.

דרך אומנות קדומה וייחודית זו, אנו מצליחים לשחזר מוטיבים קלאסיים ומורכבים, לצד עיצובים מודרניים וחדשניים.

כל אבן מאבני הפסיפס נחתכת באופן ידני ומונחת תוך שמירה על הגוון, המרקם והעומק שלה. אלה הופכים כל עבודה שלנו ליצירה המושקעת בה מחשבה, תכנון, עבודת יד ואהבה.

מוזאיקה היא יצירת אומנות המורכבת מפיסות אבנים המודבקות זו לצד זו, ויוצרות תמונה מלאה ומרהיבה. אני משתמשים בעיקר באבנם מארץ ישראל ובאבנים טבעיות.

הפסיפס הוא אומנות שמקורה בימי קדם- פסיפסים קדומים נמצאו בארץ ישראל, ומעידים על חיי קהילה ותרבות ענפים עוד מהמאה השביעית לספירה.

המפעל שלנו בעל אג'נדה חברתית ואקולוגית מובהקת: המפעל נמצא בקיבוץ אילון בגליל המערבי ומעסיק בעיקר את תושבי האיזור. אחוז גבוה מעובדות החברה מעובדות החברה הן נשים ואנו מקיימים פעילות התנדבותית ותרומה לקהילה.

בנוסף, יש למפעל מערך מחזור מים, אנו משתמשים בחומרים ממוחזרים ככל הניתן ומנהלים את המפעל תוך חשיבה על אחריות סביבתית פעילה.

בבלוג שלנו נשתף אתכם בעבודותינו, מתהליך היצירה, נספר על האמניות הייחודיות שלנו, וניתן השראה מפסיפסים מכל קצוות תבל.

Hello, and welcome to our new blog !

We have opened this blog out of the will to share with the world our inspiration work and love to the art of mosaics.

Before we begin a little information about who we are, what we do, and that is mosaic:

Since 1959 we at Eilon Mosaics make marvellous mosaic artistic work out of quality material by a unique group of art lovers.

Through this ancient unique art, we manage to reconstruct classic and complex motives along modern and revolutionary designs.

Each stone of the mosaic is hand cut and placed while taking into consideration the diversity texture and depth of each stone.  All this makes our work into art carefully planned with a lot of thought and love planed into it.

Our factory is society and ecology oriented. The factory is located in the periphery and supply jobs to the people in the north of Israel. We hire people with special needs. 95 percent of our work force is women. Our factory has extra-curricular activity with the local community and with 'Horashim' school. In addition the factory has a unique water recycling system. Out of concern for the world eco systems we try to use only recycled materials.
